The Embrace Toy Library

Our Toy library is based at the Child Development Centre (CDC), Kempston. There is an annual subscription charge of £12 per family to be able to borrow specialist items for young people with additional needs. You can borrow up to 3 items at a time and you can renew your request if no-one is waiting for that item.

Toy Library collections and returns will be at the CDC from 9:30 - 10:30am on the third Friday of every month.

No need to book! Just come along and see us in 'The Wonder Room' behind reception and explore the toys we have available, and take something home to play with!

We have a range of specialist toys suitable for all ages covering many aspects of play and sensory experience for young people with additional needs. We ask that items are returned in the condition they were borrowed. However, we do understand that sometimes items may get broken. There is no charge for this just let us know! Items are cleaned and checked before every use. Please supervise your child at all times when playing with the toys.
