On Saturday 24th October 2026, Embrace invites you to step into a vibrant celebration of community, possibility and the beauty of difference at our much-anticipated Prism of Colour Ball.
Inspired by the way a prism transforms light into a spectrum of colour, this year’s theme reflects how every young person we support shines in their own unique way. Just as white light reveals a rainbow of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet, our Embrace community is all about the beauty of different perspectives and living life your way.
At this year’s event we’ll also be celebrating friendship and community: the bonds that underpin our mission to help all our young people thrive. These connections are central to everything we do at Embrace, and the evening will reflect that spirit of togetherness and shared joy and success.
An Unforgettable Evening
Set in the Bedford Mercure Hotel on the banks of the River Ouse, the Prism of Colour Ball promises an evening of elegance, entertainment, and making a real difference in your community.
Guests will arrive from 6.30pm to a sparkling champagne reception, followed by a three-course dinner with wine on the table. The atmosphere will come alive with live music from The Sonics, alongside a live auction filled with exciting opportunities to give back and have some fun doing it! A professional photographer will capture our guests in all their glamour on arrival and throughout the evening, with digital images available afterwards.
For those who joined us at our 70th Birthday Platinum Ball in 2024, you’ll know how special these evenings are. They bring together supporters, businesses, and our Embrace family too in our shared commitment to making a difference.

All of our Gold Level sponsors will receive x2 complimentary tickets to the ball, VIP recognition throughout the evening (stage mentions, logo on large LED screen, social media thanks), and a full-page advert in our event brochure.
You can also be a sponsor at Silver Level, and sponsor a table for just £75, which will mean your logo and contact details being featured in the event brochure.
