Be Part of the Prism of Colour!

The countdown is on! On Saturday 24 October 2026, Embrace will welcome guests to the Bedford Mercure Hotel for our spectacular Prism of Colour Ball – an evening of fun, celebration and the chance to showcase all the ways that Embrace supports and works within our community.

Inspired by the way a prism transforms light into a beautiful spectrum of colour, this year’s ball celebrates the individuality of every young person supported by Embrace. Each person brings their own unique qualities, strengths and perspective, and together, we create something that shines even brighter.

With just weeks to go, preparations are well underway. Guests will be welcomed from 6.30pm with a sparkling champagne reception before enjoying a three-course dinner with wine on the table. There will be live music from The Sonics, an exciting live auction, and professional photography to capture the special moments throughout the evening.

We’re expecting a whole range of guests – some coming with friends and partners, others coming along as colleagues and collaborators. Whoever you’re joining us with, the Prism of Colour Ball promises to be a memorable night out, and a wonderful opportunity to support children and young people with disabilities, along with their families.

Tickets are now available!

Tickets for this much-anticipated event are now on sale, so don’t miss your chance to be part of one of Embrace’s most exciting fundraising evenings of the year.

It’s an opportunity to dress up, enjoy fantastic entertainment and meet other supporters who share a commitment to making a difference in our local community. Most importantly, your attendance will help raise vital funds for Embrace and the work we do to help young people and their families thrive.

Book your Prism of Colour ball ticket and join us for an evening where light becomes colour, and support becomes lasting impact.

Showcase your business

If your organisation is looking for a meaningful way to support a local charity while raising your profile, sponsoring part of the Prism of Colour Ball could be the perfect opportunity.

We have various Gold Level sponsorship opportunities for funding specific aspects of the ball, and we’d love you to consider backing one of them:

- Sound and lighting – £2,900.
- Champagne reception – £1,400.
- The Sonics – £1,800.
- Room décor – £1,000.

Gold sponsors receive two complimentary tickets, VIP recognition throughout the evening, logo placement on the large LED screen, social media thanks and a full-page advert in the event brochure – plus the knowledge that you’ve supported our flagship fundraiser in such a meaningful way!

Silver Level sponsorship is also available, and also very much appreciated – you can sponsor a table for £75, and when you do so your logo and contact details are featured in the event brochure.

There’s a lot more to sponsoring the ball than placing your logo on our event brochure. It’s an opportunity to demonstrate your organisation’s commitment to the inclusion that we promote, the empowerment of our children and families, and community impact, while also connecting with other local businesses and supporters.

A sponsor’s perspective

Claire and Steve, owners of Holistic Thinking Holidays, sponsored our ball in 2024, and shared what it meant for them to be such a vital part of the evening:

"We sponsored the ball for Embrace because we wholeheartedly suport what they offer for children, young people and families in Bedfordshire. There is no other charity that provides the breadth of what they do, and their groups and services are a lifeline to so many individuals. It was our privilege to do our bit for them."

Be part of the prism

In a prism, every colour has a part to play in creating something beautiful, and in just the same way, every one of our supporters helps to make this fantastic event possible for our charity.

Book your tickets, explore the available sponsorship opportunities, or get in touch with the Embrace team to find out more. We can’t wait to celebrate with you as we count down to 24 October!
