Cream first or jam? We'll leave that up to you to discuss, but June is of course Cream Tea Month and for our 70th birthday, we are hosting a special vintage cream tea event on Saturday 15th June at Cardington Village Hall. Go on - treat yourself...
As you may know, each June we ask people to host their own Cream Tea fundraisers and we like to host one ourselves! We are very pleased to say that we have two cream tea fundraisers being organised for us, but we are also hosting our very own on Saturday 15th June between 1-4pm.
We will be in the beautiful, quintessentially British village of Cardington, just a stones throw from Bedford, in their lovely village hall. There will be delicious cream teas for just £5 and a variety of homemade cakes on offer too!
This comes at the end of carers week, so a lovely treat for parents and carers to enjoy! Spread the word and let's see how much we can raise from this event.
Vintage clothing highly encouraged but of course not obligatory!
