We know first-hand how difficult it can be to navigate your way around disability. It may seem like a long and lonely road with many challenges and choices to make along the way. But, you are not alone. Embrace are here to make your journey easier. We offer support for the whole family. From helping parent carers find a voice at meetings; offering advice and assistance and helping at home in times of need, to a vast array of parent carer wellbeing sessions, family sessions and activities for children and young people all the way from babies to adults! Embrace offer something for everyone in the family, so everyone feels included and supported. All you need to do is follow the steps below to register with us, and join our ever growing community.

Please register with Embrace to use our services.
Follow the link to ‘Join In’ to register, use the Toy Library or to book activities or events.
Follow these simple instructions to register:
Choose the Registration tile, then choose the Registration tile again.
Please complete the whole process, down to clicking “Complete Checkout” at the end.
You should then receive a welcome message.
If you already use Join In with another organisation you still need to register with us but you can use the ‘add another organisation’ function on the app to find us.
Please note: If you do not register you will not receive booking information from us.
Once we have received and verified your registration request you will be able to book on to sessions. Anyone over the age of 18 is welcome to register in their own right.

Please be aware that the medical information within the registration form is just an overview and will not replace the medical information and Pen Pics required for anyone over 5 who attends a session without their parent or carer. We have a legal duty under the General Data Protection Regulation to prevent your information falling into the wrong hands. We must ensure that the data we hold is accurate, adequate, relevant and not excessive.
Normally the only information we hold comes directly from you. Whenever we collect information from you, we will make it clear which information is required in order to provide you with the information, service or goods you need. You do not have to provide us with any additional information unless you choose to. We store your information securely on our computer system, we restrict access to those who have a need to know, and we train our staff in handling the information securely.
We would also like to contact you in future to tell you about other services we provide, and ways in which we might like to support you and your family. You have the right to ask us not to contact you in this way. We will always aim to provide a clear method for you to opt out. You can also contact us directly at any time to tell us not to send you any future marketing material.
